Silence hangs over the canvas as if it were a reflection of an abandoned place, where the clock stopped, and where the dust no longer moves. The cold gray wall seems to hold ancient breaths, in unsaid phrases, with cries muffled by time. Despite the heaviness of the scene, a dim light slips out of nowhere, as if the night itself has sighed for a moment.
In the corner, dark shapes gather as shadows of ghosts of the past, as forgotten details in the memory of a city mired in absence. Spots of dark blue color permeate the composition, as closed doors on unfulfilled prospects, as Unfinished Tales. As for the extended yellow and orange lines, they are more like one last ray clinging to survival, like the light of a candle that is about to go out, or like the trace of steps that have faded through time.
This "window" is not just a hole in the wall, it is a door to the unknown, a gap in the void that reveals what is beyond the stillness. Who opened this window Is it overlooking a sleeping city, or is it overlooking our innards, our deepest fears and obsessions Is it an invitation to cross the threshold into endless darkness, or is it just a silent witness to the past
"Window of darkness" is not just a work of art, but a silent poem told in colors and shadows, a visual experience that leads us to introspection, to the search for meaning behind gray spaces, to asking unanswered questions. It is an abstract moment caught between dream and reality, between presence and absence, between the light that has almost come on, and the darkness that still hangs over.
